We are the youth team of Amsterdam Lacrosse. Lacrosse is a fast, tactical team sport, played with a stick which has a net at the end. The aim is to shoot the ball into the opponent’s goal. It sounds difficult, but you’ll get the hang of it very soon!

We are a team of both boys and girls. Together with Groningen and Amersfoort we form a team in the Dutch youth lacrosse league. We also play at international tournaments and some of our youth are practicing with the youth under 19 Dutch national team! The Lions are one of the best clubs in the Netherlands.

Currently, the youth trains weekly on Fridays from 18:30 to 20:00 at the Real Sranang fields.
