If you want to enjoy a new original activity for your colleagues, friend and/or (sports)team, you should try out lacrosse! The Amsterdam Lions offer clinics for groups up to 25 people to become familiar with the basic elements of lacrosse. If a larger group is concerned, we can look for a suitable solution.

Together with active lacrosse players from the Amsterdam Lions we can accommodate and guarantee a fun and active day. Clinics are generally an hour in which the rules and history are briefly explained. Hereafter we will continue with the basic game elements and, if there is time left, a friendly match is possible.
